Note: Completing this authentication requires QuickBooks Business Admin level of access.
QuickBooks Online is a Source that SaaSync supports in syncing to a Destination. To get started syncing QuickBooks Online to a Destination:

Create a SaaSync account (support article) or login to SaaSync if you already have an account,

From the SaaSync Connections page, add QuickBooks Online as a Source (support article - Setting up your first Source sync),
- Enter a name in the Name field,
4. Enter the appropriate sync options,

Only Import Records Beginning On

Leave blank to import all historical data from QuickBooks. Add a date if you desire to only sync data with a transaction date on and after a certain date.

Include Sales Receipts

By default SaaSync does not sync Sales Receipts because they may be synced via another billing system. Select to enable.

Infer Service Periods

If this is enabled, SaaSync will attempt to determine service period and subscription information based on keywords found in the product name or line description (monthly, annual, etc). Example: "Gold Plan Monthly" will take the invoice date and use that as the start and the end date one month out.

5. Select the appropriate setting for Cancellations.
Because QuickBooks doesn't have the concept of "subscriptions", there is no indication from QuickBooks when one of your customers or their subscriptions cancels (typically you just stop invoicing them).

- Cancel subscriptions when they are past due for more than N Days (recommended)
- SaaSync has a feature that will auto-cancel a subscription once it becomes N days past due.
- Leave subscriptions as is until I explicitly cancel them
- You can choose to manually cancel subscriptions in SaaSync if you desire. In this scenario, when a customer churns you will have to log into SaaSync and add a cancellation date to the subscription that has cancelled.
- Cancel subscriptions when they are past due for more than N Days (recommended)

5. Select Connect to QuickBooks
