Adding Your Billing Information
- Login to your SaaSync account
- Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
- Under the Billing section at the top right, you can decide whether to pay via credit card or ACH via a US bank account.
Paying With Credit Card
- In the Billing section, select Card.
- Enter your credit card details.
- Then click Submit
Paying with Bank Account ACH
- In the Billing section, select US Bank Account
- Enter your email and full name if not already pre-populated.
- Search for your bank using the search box. If found select it. If you don't find it, you can enter your bank details manually instead.
- You will now be prompted to allow SaaSync access via Stripe to connect to your bank.
- Enter the credentials to your bank account.
- Select your bank account that you wish to be billed via, and then select Link account.
- You should get a Success dialog. Click on Continue with SaaSync, LLC.
- Finally, click Submit
Manual Bank Connect - Paying with Bank Account ACH
If you don't find your bank account, or would rather connect via manual means, you can do so by:
- From the Billing section select US bank account.
- Click on Enter bank details manually instead.
- Enter your bank details, including Routing number and Account number.
- Select Continue
- You will be notified that a micro-deposit has been initiated. Select Continue with SaaSync, LLC.
- Wait for the micro transaction to show up, it may take 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email from Stripe with additional instructions on how to verify the bank account.
Note: You will need to wait 1 to 2 business days for this step to complete. You will receive an email from Stripe with further instructions.
Once you have completed the bank account verification with Stripe, it is important that you then complete this final step 7. - Finally, return to SaaSync and go to Settings. In the billing section, now select Submit.
Updating Your Billing Information
If you need to change your card or bank account on file, you can alter it to a new payment method by following these instructions:
- Login to your SaaSync account
- Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
- In the Billing section, find your current billing information and click on Update.
You can now either enter new credit card details or a new US bank account ACH.
