All users that you invite to your SaaSync account have the same level of permissions (owner permission). This allows them to view or change billing information, delete the account, etc.
To transfer ownership to a new user,
- Login to SaaSync and invite the new user to SaaSync - if they do not already have access.
- The new user needs to then accept the invite sent to their email address.
- After accepting the invite, the new user can login to SaaSync and remove the old user from SaaSync.
