What are the known limitations of the Ordway integration to ChartMogul?

  1. Trial information is not available at the customer level. Trial invoices are imported into ChartMogul, but that feature must be rolled out to your account for it to function.
  2. Pause and subscription cancellation/reactivation history aren't available during your initial sync.
    1. Ordway does not provide the history, so we are unable to reconstruct previous cancellations and reactivations on the same subscription. If new subscriptions are added for the same customer, that history will be present. It only affects cancellations and reactivations for subscriptions with the same ID.
    2. As Ordway is connected, ChartMogul will track cancellations and reactivations of the same subscription as long as the data is not resynced.
  3. Credits are imported as non-recurring line items to reduce the total owed.
  4. Invoices with 100% refunds may appear as unpaid, as Ordway will remove the payment and refund from the invoice record.
  5. Ordway does not include time in any of their dates. We use various methods to infer the time for the date, but it may not be 100% accurate in all cases.
  6. If billing intervals are changed on existing Plan Charges that have been used, it could cause issues with metric calculations.
