Getting Started and Authenticating with Hyperline

Note: Completing this authentication requires Hyperline permission levels to read Customer, Product, Subscription, and Invoice data. Optional setup of Webhooks requires access levels capable of creating a new webhook endpoint.

Hyperline is a Source that SaaSync supports in syncing to a Destination. To get started syncing Hyperline to a Destination:

  1. Create a SaaSync account or login to SaaSync if you already have an account,
  2. From the SaaSync Connections page, add Hyperline as a Source,
  3. Enter a name in the Name field,
  4. Select the preferred treatment for Paused Subscriptions,
    1. Enabled - The subscription will continue to contribute to MRR and the customer will become past-due after the paid service period ends. When un-paused, the status will return to active when the first invoice is generated and paid. This setting behaves as if the user simply doesn’t pay you but continues to count towards MRR.
    2. Disabled - The subscription will be canceled at the time it was paused. Upon the paid service period ending, the cancellation takes effect and MRR is reduced to 0. If un-paused, the subscription will reactivate upon the first invoice being generated and paid. This setting behaves like a user cancelling and then later reactivating.
  5. Select Connect to Hyperline.

  1. This will open your browser to a login to your Hyperline account that uses OAuth to authenticate to your account. Enter your credentials and click Sign In.

  1. Your account should now be authenticated to Hyperline.

It may take a few minutes to possibly even several hours for your initial sync to complete depending upon how much data you have in Hyperline. You will receive an email from SaaSync when the initial sync completes.

Setting up Webhooks in Hyperline (Optional)

Setting up webhooks for Hyperline is optional, but in doing so makes the integration more realtime.

  1. Go to the SaaSync Connections page and select the vertical ellipses on the Hyperline sync.

  1. Click on the Hyperline Webhook Setup link. Login to your Hyperline account if prompted.

  1. In Hyperline, click on Add Endpoint.

  1. Return to SaaSync. Click on the webhook URL to copy it to your clipboard.

  1. Go back to Hyperline, and paste the value into the Endpoint URL field. Then select Create.
    1. Note: if you wish to limit the webhook data being sent, the minimum requirement is that all Customer, Invoice, Subscription, Credit Note, and Product events are sent.

This should complete the setup process for the authentication and webhook sync.  It may take a few minutes to possibly even several hours for your initial sync to complete depending upon how much data you have in Hyperline. You will receive an email from SaaSync when the initial sync completes.
