How do I add or remove users from my SaaSync account?

SaaSync supports inviting users to your account. However, any users you will invite will have full access to your account, including the ability to delete the account.

How to Invite a new User

1. Login to your SaaSync account
2. Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
3. Scroll down to the Account Users section
4. Type in the email address of the user you would like to invite
5. Click the Invite button
6. The user will receive an email with a special link to register their user profile under your account. Note: The link in the email is only valid for 14 days.
7. When the user clicks the link, it will take them to a page to create their account.

How to Revoke an Invite

1. Login to your SaaSync account
2. Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
3. Scroll down to the Account Users section
4. Click on the Cancel link
5. The invite will no longer be valid and the link will be expired immediately

How to Resend an Invite

If a user did not receive the email, you can resend the email up to 5 times.

1. Login to your SaaSync account
2. Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
3. Scroll down to the Account Users section
4. Click on the Resend link.

How to Remove a User

1. Login to your SaaSync account
2. Click on Settings on the Navigation bar to the left
3. Scroll down to the Account Users section
4. Click the Remove link
5. The user's account will then be immediately removed and their credentials will no longer work with SaaSync. They will need to either sign up for their own account or be invited to another account.
