Do I need Webhooks for the Paddle Integration?

Yes, the SaaSync integration to Paddle requires webhooks to be setup. Instructions can be found here.

 

In order for SaaSync to reconstruct your Paddle history into ChartMogul, because we are reliant upon webhook API data, we are only able to go back as far as you have webhook history in your Paddle account.

 

We suggest enabling all webhooks in Paddle.
